Halligan, Chicago, died yesterday at her residence, 5300 Aberdeen street. She was the wife of Richard Halligan and sister of Thomas Gahan, Democratic National committeeman. She had resided in Chicago for many years, and was deeply interested in church and charitable work. Thomas R. Halligan, clerk of the Englewood police court; John R., Mary Agnes, and Annie Halligan, her children, survive her. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning at the Church of the Visitation.
