MacLEISH KENNETH, lieutenant, Reserve Force (class 5). 
Died: Reported missing October 14, 1898. [sic]
Later reported prisoner. Cables dated February 4 to 13 report body found at
Schmore, Belgium, and buried. 
Officially dead as of October 15, 1918. 
Cause: Enemy action. 
Next of kin: Andrew MacLeish (father), 459 Lougwood Avenue, Glencoe, Ill.
Appointed from Illinois.
