William A. Patterson, Ex-Armour Employee, Dies


William A. Patterson, a retired sales manager for Armour & Co., died yesterday at 
the Hyde Park hotel after an illness of several months. Mr. Patterson was born at 
Huron, 0., in 1844 and moved to Sandusky, where he entered the grain business. He 
came to Chicago and entered the employ of Amour & Co. in 1879. He retired two 
years ago. He is survived by a widow and a son, George.
