SZWAJKART, EX-T.B. HOSPITAL AID, DEAD AT 51 Dr. Adam L. Szwajkart, 51, of 6644 Raven st., former staff member of the Municipal Tuberculosis sanitarium and a captain in the Polish army in World War I., died yesterday after an illness of four months. Dr. Sztvajkhrt was born in Lemberg, Poland, and later taught in the University of Cracow. He married a countess who died six months after his son, Adam Jr., was born. The physician was in Chicago at the time and was not reunited with his son and a daughter, Christine, 23, until after the start of the second World War. In addition to his son, now 18 and a radio technician in the navy, and his daughter, he is survived by his widow, Helen, of a second marriage. Services will be held at 10 a. m. Monday in St. Tecla's church, Palatine and Newark avs. Burial will be in St. Adalbert's cemetery, Niles.
