searching for my maternal grandmother. adoption papers give her name as dollie 
walter. presbyterian faith. returned to small community in northern il.in 1921 
or she may have remained in st.louis. she gave birth to my mother at st.ann's 
orphan asylum in st.louis on 5/3/1921 she was 25. she is listed as unmarried 
but the name frank walter is listed in the circumstances of the birth. dollie 
walter gave birth to a girl and named her florence. i would like to visit my 
grandmothers grave.
