was born on Dec 6 1902 and is at the age of 31.  That he WAS married and is 
now DIVORCED Feb 15 1934 Milwaukee that he is/not prohibited from 
intermarrying by the laws of the jurisdiction when he resides. That Miss Marie 
M Wells, residing in Lucerne in the county of Putnam and State of Mo, was born 
on Jan 3 1909 and is of the age of 25 years.  That she NEVER married and os 
now _.   That she is/not prohibitied from intermarrying by the laws of the 
jurisdiction when she resides........Dated 17 March 1934
