     The Last Will and Testament of Louisa Holsback a widow 
now residing in No 554 West Ohio Street in Chicago Cook County, 
Illinois.
      In the name of God! Amen
    I Louisa Holsback a widow of the city of Chicago, County
of Cook and State of Illinois now 69 years of age, and being
of sound mind and memory do hereby make, ordain, publish and
declare this to be my last Will and Testament as follows to
wit:
    First: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Susanna
Caspari the sum of Four Hundred 00/11 Dollars her heirs and
assigns forever.
    Second: I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Louise
Wilson the sum of Four Hundred 00/100 Dollars her heirs and
assigns forever.

    Third: I give, devise and bequeath to my six grandchildren
the children of my deceased daughter Minnie Wick the sum of
Three Hundred 00/100 Dollars in equal share, share and share
alike, in case of the death of either grandchild then said
share to go to the remaining children, their heirs and assigns
forever.
    Fourth: I give, devise and bequeath to my son Otto Holsbach
all the rest residue and remainder of estate real or personal of
every name or nature which I now have may die possessed of or 
may be entitled to his heirs and assigns forever.
    Fifth: I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Otto Holsbach
sole executor of this my last Will and Testament and it is my 
wish and I do hereby request that he be not compelled to 
furnish any bond or security as such Executor.
    Sixth: I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.
       In Witness Whereof I have hereunto signed my name and
affixed my seal this eighth day of May in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine and five (1905).

           This is to certify that this instrument was on the
day of the date thereof signed, sealed, published and declared
by the said testatrix Louisa Holsbach a widow to be her last
Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request
have signed our name thereto as witnesses in her presence and
inthe presence of each other.
