Jan. 5, 1920
Being in possession of all my faculties, being of sound and disposing mind, 
I hereby will and bequeath my beloved wife, Grace Clark Scott all property I 
may be possessed of, either personal or real, where ever found or situated 
to act without bond, giving this my last hand and Seal, January 5, 1920.
