Obituary of Arthur W FOX, Crawford County, Illinois This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Arthur W. Fox Arthur W. Fox, 84, 406 E. Pine, Robinson, died Saturday evening at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. He was born in LaMotte Township, August 7, 1896, son of Fred and Eva Goodwin Fox. Mr. Fox was a tour conductor for Vanderbilt and Fox Travel Bureau, a veteran of World War I and II, Battle of the Bulge, a member of Wesley Chapel Church, a member of American Legion Post 69 and Palestine Lodge AF & AM. Survivors include his wife, Lottie Webster Fox, whom he married in 1919, three sons, Stoy, Lawrenceville, W.F., Hemet, Calif.; several nieces and nephews; a sister, Melba Jennings, preceded him in death. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at th Pulliam Funeral Home in Robinson with Rev. L.B. Walkington. Interment will follow in the Robinson, New Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight.
