I have no further information on this family. Mrs. Belle Lawhead, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Elizah G. and Myriah Lawhead of Marshall, Ind., was born February 2, 1865, died January 7, 1947, at the age of 81 years, 11 months and 5 days. On July 4, 1884, she was united in married to J. F. Lawhead of Crawford County, Ill., who preceded her in death 35 years ago, and to this union was born eleven children, two of them preceding her in death. She gave her heart to the Lord and united with the Methodist Church at Old York., Ill., in early married life and lived a faithful witness for her Lord until He called her home. She lost her husband in death when most of her children were small, but she faced the task bravely without complaining, was a good mother and loved her family to the end. She leaves to mourn her passing, two brother, B. L. of Marshall, Ill., and Albert of Palestine, nine children, Homer, Dennis, and Frank, all of Robinson; Henry, and Harry of Ob- long; Mack of Duncanville; Edward of Bedford, Ind.; Mrs. J. C.
