DUNCAN YOUNG SHOT

Duncan Young, 15 year old son of  Mr. and Mrs. Robert Young of Flat Rock
was shot by a boy about the same age at his home in Terre Haute. The boys
were playing burglars and as the Young boy was climbing in at the window
his companion who had his father's revolver shot and killed Duncan Young.
The mother was away at the time calling on a neighbor. Robert Young, the
father of the boy killed, is a son of the late John R. Young of Flat Rock
and Mrs. Young the mother, is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. W. Duncan of
Flat Rock and was their only grandson. Interment was made in Seaney grave
yard Wed.

Mrs. Dr. Thomas H. Maxedon of Vincennes, an aunt of Duncan's attended the
funeral. The parents and all the relatives have the sympathy of their many
friends.
