MR. JOHN R. SHAW

An old resident of Flat Rock died at his home in Xenia, Ill.  "the old must
die and the young may".

John R. Shaw one of the old timers and also one of the prominent citizens
of Flat Rock died at his home in Xenia Ill, yesterday and the remains will
be shipped to Flat Rock in the morning. The funeral service will be held
Sunday morning at the M.E. Church. This is the seventh account of death to
be found in this issue.
