This obituary was read "on the air" on the local Robinson radio
station (WTAY I think) during a program called "Memorial Time".
I have no connection to the families mentioned in this
obituary.

November 2, 1983

Lester Mitchell, age 89, of Robinson, died today (Wednesday) in
Crawford Memorial Hospital.  He is survived by his wife, Ona;
one son, Leon Mitchell of Hutsonville; two daughters, Editha
Roberts of West Union and Ruth Arlene Miller of Oak Lawn,
Illinois; by six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren;
and one brother, Veo Mitchell of Robinson.

Funeral services for Lester Mitchell will be held at 2:00 P.M.
Saturday in the Grand Prairie United Church of Christ.  Burial
will be in the Newlin Cemetery.  Visitation is at the Pulliam
Funeral Home in Robinson from five until nine P.M. Friday and
at the church an hour preceding the services on Saturday.
