Maude Stubblefield (6/26/1978) Mrs. Maude Mulvane Stubblefield, 81, formerly of Crawford County, died Saturday at her residence at Tavares, Fla., following an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Rosamond Dyar Mulvane, and was the widow of J. B. Stubblefield, who had served the United Brethren Church at Hardinville prior to his death. She is survived by a brother, O. E. Mulvane, and sister Lucille Mulvane, both of Tavares, Fla.; and a brother-in-law, John V. Boyd, Oblong. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the chapel of the Buchanan Funeral Home, Robinson, with Rev. Dr. Oral Landef, Decatur, officiating. Interment will follow in the Hardinville Cemetery.
