I'm just posting an Obit that was sent to me by Barbara Dix who is transcribing old news articles for the website. Funeral Notice--Sept. 27, 1857.----May 5, 1922----Aged 64 years 7 Months and 8 Days. Ora  Etta  Cox--Funeral services will be held at the home Sunday, May 7th at 2:30 o'clock p. m, Conducted by Elder T. J. Wheeler Interment in Hutsonville Cemetery. Ora E. (Chambers) Cox, wife of Noah Cox and the subject of this sketch was the daughter of Charles and Mary Chambers, was born in Orange Co. Ind., Sept. 27th, 1857 and departed this life at her home two miles west of Hutsonville Ill., May 5th, 1922, at the age 64 years, 7 months, and 9 (8) days. She was united in marriage to Noah Cox of Hutsonville, Ill., June 13th, 1882, to this union was born four children, three daughters and one son, all living. She with her husband had lived near Hutsonville all their lives, living at the home where she died for the past 36 years, she had made many friends, although of a quiet and unassuming disposition, all who knew her loved and respected her. She was converted and united with the Old Hutsonville Church early in life perhaps at the age of about 20 under the ministry of Eld. J. L. Cox. She had lived a devoted Christian life all these years, and her great desire was to see her Church and the cause of Christ prosper. She leaves as her survivors the following, a loving and devoted husband, four children namely, Mrs. Ethel Voorhies, Miss Bertha, Mrs. Neoma Crocker, and Chambers. There are four grand children to whom she was greatly devoted, they are, Mary Alice and Emma Voorheis, Austin and Herschel Crocker. One sister, Miss Flora Chambers, one brother, Charley Chambers, and one half brother, Leroy Chambers. The deceased sisters are, Angelise, Nora, Effie, and one brother William. In addition to those named above there are many realitives and friends who mourn her death, but not those who have no hope. In her death, the husband has lost a true and devoted companion, the children a loving mother, the community a kind neighbor, the church one of their own number, and the friends a true friend. Funeral services were held at the home Sunday afternoon at 2:30 conducted by Rev. T. J.
