Mr. Samuel Lillie Dies

Merom was shocked with the news of the death of Mr. Samuel Lillie
which came Sunday stating his death to have occurred late Sat.
night Mr. Lillie went to Texas but a short time ago and was
waiting the arrival of his car of household goods with which his
sons, John and Jacob intended to start Monday.  During his
illness he was at the home of his son Charles, who moved to Texas
a few weeks ago.  He was sick but a short time, death resulting
from pneumonia.  The funeral will be at his former home here
Thursday.
