Obituary of Vernice LAMBERT, Crawford County, Illinois

This obituary was read "on the air" on the local Robinson
radio station (WTAY I think) during a program called "Memorial
Time".  I have no connection to the families mentioned in this
obituary. (No date given)

Vernice Lambert, age 78, of Newton died Wednesday at her
residence.  She is survived by one daughter, Vern Dial of
Jewel, Illinois; two stepdaughters, Grace Arker of Chicago and
Ila Hart of Elk Grove Village, Illinois; one stepson, Harold
Lambert of California; thirteen grandchildren; one brother,
Dale Newlin of Arkansas; and two sisters, Etta Sowers of
Greenup and Emily Gobel of Oldham, South Dakota.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday at the
Pulliam Funeral Home in Newton with Robert W. Smith
officiating.  Burial will be in Hunt Cemetery.  Friends may
call between 6 and 8 P.M. Friday.
