HITCH vs Thomas A. HITCH In Chancery - Divorce Affidavit that the said defendant, Thomsa A. Hitch resides or hath gone out of the State of Illinois so that process cannot be served up on him, having been filed in the office of the Clerk of said Circuit Court of Crawford County, notice is hereby given to the said defendant Thaomas A. Hitch, that the complainant has filed her bill of complaint in said court on the Chancery side thereof on the 27th day of November 1906 and that a summons thereupon issued out of said Court against said defendant returnable on the fourth day of March 1907 as is by law required. Now therefore unless you, the said Thomas A. Hitch , shall personallly be and appear before the said Circuit Court of Crawford County, on the first day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the court house in the city of Robinson, in said county, on the fourth day of March 1907 and plead, answer, or demur to the said complainant's bill of complaint the same, and the matters and things therein charge and stated, will be taken as confessed and a decree entered against you according to the prayer of said bill.
