Dovey my real estate is described as follows to wit: -- a part of the South East quarter of the South East quarter of Section Fifteen in Township Forty, North Range Four, East of the Third Principal meridian, situate in the County of De Kalb, and State of Illinois, bounded as follows:-- Beginning on the Section line three chains and 75 3/4 links west of the South East corner of Section Fifteen and thence West on the Section line one chain and 27 links to a stake. Thence North seven chains and 89 links to a stake on the North line of Wilson Love's lot to a burr &oak tree, which is South 17 3/4 degrees East per compass distance three links, thence East on said line one chain and 27 links to a stake, thence South on the West line of Nathan Bathrick's lot 7 chains and 90 links to the place of beginning containing one acre. Also all of that lot, piece or parcel of land I bought of one Barber, which is to give a died therefore. And I hereby nominate and appoint H. H. Powers to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 24th day of June AD 1862.
