And I further give and devise to my said wife one third the use rents issues and profits of all the real estate of which I may die seized during her natural life; the forgoing bequest and devise to be accepted and received by her in leew of dower and set off Second. I give and devise to my four sons: Albert Alfred Giles W. and Ephriam Shurtleff their heirs and assigns all that trust and parcel of land situate in the County of Kane and State aforesaid and described as follows to wit. The North West fractional Quarter of Section 5 Township 41 North Range 6. containing 104 45/100 acres more or less together with all the heriditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to have and to hold the premises above described to the said Albert, Alfred, Giles W., and Ephriam Shurtleff their heirs and assigns forever subject to the Estate aforesaid therein devised to my said wife. Third, I give bequeath and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my personal and real estate of what name nature and kind soever. One eights to each of my four sons Albert, Alfred, Giles W. and Ephriam Shurtleff one eight to each of my three daughters Jerusha Durant wife of Brant Durant Mary Stone wife of Asahel Stone and Laura Crawford wife of Alexander Crawford; and one sixteenth to each of my grand-sons Daniel and Asahel Wilcox. Lastly I hereby appoint my Son Alfred Shurtleff and my son in law Alexander Crawford Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
