Rev. F. Theiss, Minister, More Than 50 Years, Dies

The Rev. F. Theiss, retired minister of the Evangelical church, died on 
Wednesday in his home in Naperville at the age of 78.  He was in the ministry 
more than fifty years.  He is survived by his widow, one daughter, Mrs. J. H. 
Engel of Des Moines, IA., and one son, Dr. Edwin T. Theiss, associate profession 
in accountancy of the University of Illinois and four grandchildren.  Funeral 
services will be held at 1:30 tomorrow afternoon in the First Evangelical church 
of Naperville.
