LOUIS KARL, farmer; P. O. Paris; was born near Strasburg, in France, Oct.
15, 1850; came to the United States with his father's family in 1855; his
pursuit from boyhood has been that of a farmer; he has been a resident of
Edgar Co., since 1857.
