F. MULLINS, of the firm of Mullins & Logan, lumber dealers, Paris; was born in Edgar Co. March 17, 1853; is son of G. W. Mullins, a pioneer and a prominent business man of Paris; was educated at the Paris High School; he also attended the Edgar Academy, and acquired a good education under the supervision of Prof. Hurty; his first business experience was with his father, who has been the leading grocery dealer of Paris for the past twenty-five years, which as given him a practical business education; at the age of 22, he embarked in his present occupation with the firm of Redmon, Mullins & Logan, and, after one year's continuance, Redmon withdrew.
