Boyars, 77 years of age, passed away Tuesday evening at 7:30 o'clock in Paris hospital after several weeks of illness. The funeral rites will be held in the Forbes Hutchins funeral home at 10:30 o'clcok Friday morning in charge of the Rev. E. C. Stiff, Christian minister. Music will be furnished by Mrs. Zeno Lauher and Mrs. Sherman Pinnell with Mrs. Hayes Hutchins organist. Bearers will be Harold Martin, Richard Allen, Charles Harmon, R. S. Stark, John Bennett, and Homer Wilhoit. Interment will be in Fairview cemetery. Mr. Boyars, a retired farmer of Kansas community, was born Feb. 22, 1882, a son of George W. and Josephine Wilhoit boyars. He was married to Lora June Zink on Oct. 20, 1905. She survives with a son, Reginald, Kansas, a grandson, Lewis Boyars, and two sisters, Mrs. Retta Kirkham, Kansas, and Mrs. Herbert Norris, Kentucky. Four brothers and four sisters have preceded him in death.
