Obituary of Natalia Estelle Wilhoit, Edgar County, Illinois Contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives Copyright 2000 Cindy McCachern Obituary of Natalia Estelle Wilhoit Thursday, 11 November 1920, Kansas (IL) Journal Miss Natalia Estelle Wilhoit was born in Kentucky April 1, 1846. In early childhood she came to Illinois and has lived in Edgar county the greater part of her life since that time. When but a girl, she went to live in the Pinnell home and has remained with that family until her death, which occurred last Thursday. Besides a very large circle of friends and distant relatives, she leaves one sister, Mrs. Martha Ewell, of Oklahoma City, and one brother G. E. Wilhoit of Bloomington. From girlhood she has been a member of the Kansas Christian Church and has ever been true and faithful, serving her Lord as unselfishly as she has served her friends. The one word which describes her life more than any other is "Unselfishness." While never being found in places of prominence, yet her life is such that it will have an undying influence in this community. Funeral services were held at the Christian church Saturday morning at 10:30 o'clock, conducted by the Rev. W. H. Fonger. Interment was made at Pleasant Hill cemetery. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ USGENWEB NOTICE: These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations or persons.
