This obit dated 12/10/1891 is located in the Edgar Co Genealogy Library in 
Paris IL.  Name of newspaper is unknown. He was  my Great Great Grandfather.  
Born in 1811, his father was John Croddy Jr. George is the link between Edgar 
Co IL and Rockbridge VA where his grandfather John Croddy was a Revolutionary 
War soldier in the command of the famed Col Daniel Morgan. For more info on
