W. Bloodgood held at the United Brethren Church Gibson City, IL. The services were performed by Rev. G.A. McClanathan, pastor of the church, assisted by Rev. Mr. Sands, pastor of the Sibley M.E. Church. Interment Gibson Cemetery (Drummer Township Cemetery). George W. Bloodgood was born in New York City 10 July,1865. He was the second son of Cornelius and Mary Elizabeth Bloodgood. On June 22,1895, he was united in marriage with Mary Freese of near Garber. To this union 9 children were born,sons Heike, Vernon, Wilfred and Elton, and daughters, Viola, Juanita, and Mildred. Mr. Bloodgood is survived also by two brothers, Edwin, who resides in New York City and Frank C., of Wyoming, Illinois. He was a member of the I.O.O.F. at Guthrie and of the Modern Woodmen of America of Gibson City.
