Rites Thursday for Mrs. Cumstay of Johnston City Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Cumstay of Johnston City will be held at 9 am Thursday at St. Paul's Catholic church in Johnston City, Rev. Albert Burrato, pastor, will officiate. A Rosary will be recited at 8 pm today at the Murman-Wilson funeral home in Johnston City, where the body is lying in state. Burial will be in Lake View cemetery, east of Johnston City. Mrs. Cumstay, widow of Peter Cumstay, who died four years ago, died Monday at the Yoggerst nursing home in Herrin, where she had lived 18 months. She was a member of St. Paul's Catholic church in Johnston City. Survivors are three sons, M/Sgt Jimmy Cumstay, stationed at Ft. Lewis, Wash.; Joe Cumstay, Anaheim, Calif., and Richard Cumstay, Gargenia, Calif., and a daughter Mrs. Pauline Overby, Costa Mesa, Calif. She is also survived by a brother, Ned Gilroy, and a sister Mrs. Catherine Ann Ridley, both in England, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
