Obit of Mary M. Kelly Dated in ink as Dec 16, 1947. Newspaper unknown. Johnston City Woman Dies at Marion, Indiana A heart attack was attributed as cause of death last night of Mrs. Marion M. Kelly, 71, 305 East Ninth Street, Johnston City. Mrs. Kelly died at the home of a grand-daughter, Mrs. H.T. Miles, Jr. in Marion Ind. The aged woman, who has been a resident of Johnston City for many years, had been visiting in Indiana for the past two weeks. she had been in apparent good health. Her body will be returned to Johnston City, where it will lie in state at the Hathaway funeral home after its arrival Friday morning. Funeral services are incomplete, however, burial will be in the Johnston City cemetery. Mrs. Kelly is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Arthur Bell, Johnston City; two sons, Lowell Kelly, Johnston City, and D.J. Kelly, Washington, D.C.; five brothers James, Arch, Lamont and Isaac McKean, all of Joliet, and John McKean of Taylorville. Mrs. Kelly was a member of the First Christian church and the Rebeckah lodge of Johnston City.
