She was born in Edinburgh Scotland 12/23/1870 to John and Janet (Means) Pringle. She first married August Swanson in 1888. He died 14 April 1935. She married Andrew Sprague 7 Nov 1827 who survives. Other survivers: sons Jonas of Canton and George of Maywood, IL, Brothers: Mark Pringle of Georgetown, IL, Frank and George Pringle of Canton. Sisters: Mrs. Thomas Moses and Mrs. David Rock of Pittsburg PA and Mrs. Edward Murray of Coffeen, IL A Daughter and 2 brothers preceeded her in death. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the White Shrine Funeral service conducted at Gerard Funeral Home by A.G. Hinkle pastor of First Presbyterian Church. Burial at Greenwood Cemetary Additional Comments: Family emigrated from Scotland in 1876. It is believed that Andrew Sprague may have been the widower of Amelia Hoffman.
