an older sister Mrs.  MILLSPAUGH  who  consents  to  the  adoption  ...Your
petitioners desire  the  name  changed  to  Minnie  LAW  ...  I  Jennie  A.
MILLSPAUGH of Shawneetown in the County of Gallatin and State of  Illinois,
sister of Minnie ADDISON minor child do hereby consent to the adoption  ...
