GOLDSBERRY was in Morris on business Saturday. Miss Lulu WYETH visited friends in town Saturday. Geo. H. KROGNESS was in Chicago on business Saturday. Misses Alta HARE and Hazel CLARK visited in Joliet Friday. Rev. and Mrs. Willard JAGGARD were Aurora visitors last week. George COLLEPS, Sr. visited his son, George Jr. at Lorenzo, Sunday. Mrs. FOOTE, who resides with Edward PATTEN and family, is quite sick. Mrs. G. TINDER Jr. and children returned to Joliet Monday after a week's visit here. Mr. and Mrs. Irwin HUTCHINSON went through this place on their automobile Monday. Joseph PAUL and lady friend, Miss SHIPMAN, of Chenoa, are visiting Mr. PAUL's parents here this week. W. A. CLARK's new home is completed and will soon be in readiness for occupancy by the family. Mr. and Mrs. Alex. WALSTROM left Wednesday for Michigan where Mr. WALSTROM will henceforth be employed as machinist. C. E. DAVIS and M. L. KAFFER camped out on the river one evening recently and enjoyed duck hunting early the following morning. W. H. RANDALL left Tuesday on a western trip. He goes first to Little Falls, Minnesota, to visit relatives and will proceed from there to Seattle, Portland and through California. Frank GIFFORD, of Oberlin, Ohio, has been visiting here the past few days as a guest of W. H. RANDALL and family and W. H. CAMPBELL and family. The gentleman are brothers-in-law. Mr. GIFFORD is returning from a trip to Colorado Springs, Colo., whither he went to attend the funeral of his brother-in-law, W. A. WORTHING, formerly of Minooka.
