Misses Mattie and Bessie COLLEPS were in Joliet Wednesday. Mrs. Arthur Howard has been quite sick but is improving now. Misses Mattie and Bessie COLLEPS visited friends in Joliet Saturday. Miss Essie BRISCOE visited her grandmother, Mrs. _____, over Sunday. J. KEENAN spent Sunday and Monday with relatives and friends in Chicago. Miss Jennie TEMPLETON, of Joliet, visited her parents east of town over Sunday. Winfield BROWN and Miss Mattie COLLEPS attended the theatre in Joliet Saturday evening. Mrs. Dr. J. J. BRINCKERHOFF and children spent Saturday with relatives and friends in Lockport. Isadore HOLLERING who left here the 27th of March with Bert COOP for Canada returned home Saturday. Mrs. M. BAILEY and children, of Joliet, visited the former's mother, Mrs. James MEADE, a few days of the past week. Mr. and Mrs. William COOP, James PAUL and Miss Mae TINDER spent Sunday with J. H. PYLE and wife and Olla OSMON and wife. George TINDER, Jr. of Joliet, visited his parents here over Saturday. His wife and children who had been visiting here a week returned home with him.
