Mrs. John Van DOLSON is spending the week in Ottawa attending the Chautauqua there. Anslow BELL, of Maywood, is visiting his son Alex BELL and other relatives here this week. Miss Beulah WEESE returned to her home in Joliet Thursday evening after a pleasant visit here. Mrs. W. H. MURPHEY, of Joliet, spent Sunday with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward HOLT. Mr. and Mrs. N. J. COMERFORD started Monday on their trip to Ireland and expect to sail from New York Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Fred BEDFORD and little son returned to their home in Joliet Sunday evening after a visit with relatives here. Miss Lois STRATTON is entertaining her cousins, Miss Genevieve STRATTON, of Homer, and the two Miss STRATTONS, of Chicago. Earl VanZANDT and cousin, Miss Nettie FALKENBERG, departed last Thursday for California, where the former's mother is seriously ill. Mrs. A. D. SEARLES left Monday evening for Ottawa where she will visit her sister for a few days before going to Nebraska where she will spend some time with her son.
