Morris Herald, Sep 1884?
On last Tuesday another old settler departed this life, Mr. George Ader, 
father of Mrs. James Stine, of Wauponsee, at the age of 85 years, 1 month and 
28 days. Mr. Ader came to this country from Germany some fifty years ago. For 
upwards of thirty years he had been a resident of the town of Wauponsee. His 
wife, very nearly his own age, survives him. The funeral took place from his 
late residence on Wednesday afternoon.
