Chicago Tribune, Aug 11, 1895
BF Bly, a resident of Minooka, Ill., died in the police ambulance yesterday 
while being conveyed to the County Hospital. Bly had been stopping at the 
Atlantic Hotel for the last two weeks, and was taken sick yesterday. The 
physicians at the County Hospital say he died of paralysis. Bly was a patent 
right agent.
