Morris Herald, Feb 1890
Died, on Sunday, February 9th, Alice Florella, the little daughter of Mr. and 
Mrs. A. E. Burleigh, aged 11 months. The death of this little one is a sad 
blow to the parents and relatives, she being dangerously sick only a few 
hours. The funeral was held Monday and was attended by a large number of 
sympathizing friends. Rev. Helms delivered a touching address, which was full 
of comforting words to the bereaved ones. The occasion was made more sad by 
the serious illness of the father, who was unable to leave his bed. The family 
have the sympathy of their many friends in this hour of affliction.
