Clennon Widow of Minooka Farmer Succumbs to Long Illness, Born in 1859 April 7, 1922, Newspaper Unknown Mrs. Jennie Clennon, 63 years old, widow of the late J. P. Clennon, Minooka farmer, who was killed by a C. O. P. interurban car several years ago, died this morning at her home in Minooka after a long illness. Mrs. Clennon was so critically ill at the time of the death of her mother, Mrs. Eliza Kinsella, March 8, that she was not told of her mother's death. Mrs. Kinsella, 84 years old, who died at the Clennon home, was one of the early residents of the community. Born in Sept. 1859 in Aux Sable, Mrs. Clennon has since made her home there and in Minooka. She was married May 3, 1881, to J. P. Clennon. Of ten children, eight survive. They are Mary, Katherine and Margaret Clennon, five sons, Cornelius, Andrew, John, Leo and Gerald. She also leaves a sister, Mrs. John Connell of Storm Lake, Iowa. She was a member of the Ladies' Coterie. Funeral arrangements have not been made.
