Then he was strong, rugged and the very picture of health. But, alas! how sudden life's changes! Words fail to express the grief of his young wife, of little Mable, aged 6, and baby Clifford, aged 2 years. And where is the balm for the sore heart of his aged mother who remained with her boy until the spirit took its flight, or who can describe the sorrow of his sisters, Mrs JA Wilson and Mrs Storey Matteson and his brother, Cryder? He was a dutiful son, a good husband and father, a kind and noble young man. His reward is in Heaven. The funeral took place from his late home Tuesday at 1 o'clock, Rev AH Laing officiating. Interment took place in Aux Sable cemetery.
