The decedent was a son of James Feehan and leaves two brothers, Daniel, of Chicago, and Michael, of Joliet, and two sisters, Mrs Brannick and Miss Hester Feehan. Mrs Annie Feehan died less than a year ago. "Jerry" as he was familiarly called by those who knew him, was a young man of splendid character and fine physique and was popular among all. He made a valiant fight against the fever but his strength became so wasted that death was the only alternative. The funeral took place yesterday with services in St. Mary's Catholic church in this place conducted by Rev. Joseph McMahon. Burial in Dresden cemetery. Phoenix Advertiser Minooka News, Jan 5, 1905 The funeral of Jerry Feehan took place last Thursday, Jan 5, from the home of his sister, Mrs. Ambrose Brannick, to St. Mary's church where requiem high mass was celebrated by Rev Joseph McMahon. Interment was in Dresden Cemetery. The deceased was born twenty eight years ago in the same home from which the funeral took place but after an early age resided in Chicago until the death of his mother about a year ago, when he returned to this place. The funeral services were very largely attended and attested the high esteem in which the decedent was held by those who knew him.
