Funeral of Mrs Shire

Following funeral services Friday morning at Joliet at St Mary's catholic 
church, the remains of the late Mrs Mary Shire, for many years a resident of 
this county, were brought to Morris over the C, O & P inter-urban line at 11 
o'clock and taken to the undertaking rooms of Phelan & Hoganson. A large 
number of relatives and friends from Joliet and different parts of the county 
came to Morris to the funeral. The body was taken to Mt Carmel cemetery for 
interment at 1 o'clock.
