Phoenix Advertiser Minooka News, Oct 22, 1903
Several Minooka friends attended the funeral last Sunday of Mrs. Sarah 
Shufeldt, widow of William H. Shufeldt, at Aux Sable M. E. church. Mrs. 
Shufeldt was 80 years of age last March. She died Friday leaving two sons, 
John and Norman. Rev. Beddoes conducted the funeral. The burial was in the Aux 
Sable cemetery.
