Morris Daily Herald Feb. 19, 1934
Michael Weidner passed away in Ottawa, IL. Burial will be made in Mt. Carmel 
cemetery, Morris. He was born July 12, 1839 in Germany and came to US  when he 
was a young man. He spent most of his life in Morris.
Surviving is a daughter in law, Mary Weidner, granddaughter Anamarie Weidner, 
two nephews, John and Julius and a niece Pauline Kunert.
Mr. Weidner, many years ago was a member of the council of the second ward.
He was and expert in gardening and floriculture.
His son Otto preceded him in death ten years ago.
