Phoenix Advertiser Minooka News, Oct 23, 1902
Died: James Wood, at the home of his daughter in Seneca, Tuesday, Oct. 21, 
1902. Mr Wood formerly lived in Minooka and was one of the old settlers of 
Grundy County, being at the time of his death over 80 years old. Funeral 
services will be held in Seneca and the interment will be at the Dresden 
Cemetery south of Minooka, Thursday, October 23.
