HALL Name of Newspaper: Mt Vernon Register News Date of Newspaper: 2 January 1918 Dr. and Mrs. Andy Hall and Dr. and Mrs. Chas. W. Hall and families of this city, are in McLeansboro today attending the funeral of Dr. Andy Hall's mother, Mrs. H. W. Hall, who died Christmas night. She would have been 87 yrs. old in January. The funeral is being held at the Baptist church in McLeansboro, the interment taking place at the Odd Fellows Cemetery. Mrs. Hall was only sick since Sunday when she took down with pneumonia. She was born in Knob Prairie, Franklin County, in Jan. 1831. Her husband, Col. H. W. Hall, aged 92 yrs., still survives her. He is the only living soldier of the Mexican war in Hamilton County. Four sons and a daughter also survive her: J.C. Hall, McLeansboro; father Dr. Chas. Hall, of this city; Dr. W. W. Hall, McLeansboro; Dr. Andy Hall, Mt. Vernon; C. M.
