Maulding Funeral services were conducted at the Taylor Church Tuesday afternoon for Harry A.(Arthur) Maulding (57) who passed away at his home near Hill’s store east of Bernie following a cerebral hemmorhage. He is survived by his widow, five daughters and four sons. Interment was in Taylor Cemetery with Duncan service. From The Dexter Statesman Harry Arthur Maulding’s widow was Mamie Ellen Claytor. He was survied by 12 children, eight daughters, Grace Ellen, Ora Christine, Velma Fern, Alma Josephine, Doris Juanita, Betty Jane, Ruth Ilene, Deloris Eloise and 4 sons, John Wesley, Edward Arthur, Reginald Earl and Charles Dale. 1 daughter, Thelma Bell(e) preceeded him in death. He was born in McLeansboro, Hamilton County, Illinois 4-3-1886 and died in Stoddard County, Missouri 3-7-1942. He was the son of LORENZO DOW MAULDING and SARAH ELLEN HALEY MAULDING.
