Obituary of Charles Anderson NATION, Hamilton County, Illinois Contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives Copyright 2000 Misty Flannigan Obituary Charles Anderson Nation son of James T. R. and Ollie A. Nation was born May 30th 1891 and departed this life Nov. 28, 1915, at 12:30 a.m. aged 21 years, 5 months, 28 days. The deceased was the 4th of a family of five children, four of whom survive him. His father departed this life Aug. 25, 1910. His aged mother still survives. He had been a sufferer for some time but bore his affliction with patience. Charles Nations was known as one of the very best of young men, moral, industries, and always kind to all persons with whom he cam in contact. He was good to his mother, sister and brothers. Some two weeks ago he told his mother, that he wished to be laid to rest at Concord Cemetery and that he was ready to go and he also told others that he was prepared to go. We will miss Charles but he has gone to rest where there is no more sickness nor pain. We fell sad when good young men like him depart this life but the All-Wise Creator so decreed. He will be missed at Church and Sunday School. Funeral services were held at Concord conducted by Rev. C. M. Prince and the body was laid to rest at that place. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ USGENWEB NOTICE: These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations or persons.
