Obituary of Davis POOL, Hamilton County, Illinoi Contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives Copyright 2000 Misty Flannigan DAVIS POOL, a well known farmer who lived northwest of Hardyville in Hamilton county, died on Tuesday, November 17th, 1931. He had been ill three weeks with typhoid fever. He was a very fine man, with characteristics that won and held the admirations of his aquaitances. He leaves a wife, Mary harper Pool, the eldest daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Henderson Harper, of Shiloh, some brothers and his father, John Pool, who also lives in Hamilton County. Funeral services were held at Mt. Oval church Thursday, Nov. 19th, and were conducted by Rev. C.M. Prince of McLeansboro, and Rev. W.J.
