Robison, south of this city, at which time Miss Caroline Charlotte became the bride of Mr. Lee E. Karr. The wedding march was played on the violin by Glenn Robison, brother of the bride, and promptly at 8:30 o'clock the bridal couple took their places before the bay window which had been tastily decorated with potted plants and smilax, and in a few impressive sentences Mr. A. L. McArthur spoke the words which united them as husband and wife. The wedding was a quiet one, only relatives of the family and a few friends being present. After the congratulations had been received, a three course supper was served by the Misses Ota Robison, Ethel Karr, Nettie Williams and Helena Hisey. The birde was attired in an empire gown of white French lawn and carried sweet violets. She is the eldest and second daughter of Mrs. C. Robison and has been reared to womanhood here in our midst where she numbers her friends by her acquaintances. She is a graduate of Hamilton High School and is a young lady of many accomplishments. The groom is the second son of Mr. & Mrs. M. A. Karr, of this city, and has also been raised in Hamilton and vicinity. He is a steady young man who will make a success of life. They expect to reside on the Stafford farm, where they will be at home to their friends after March 24th. Those attending the wedding from out of town were: Mrs.and Mrs. Ben Williams, George and Nettie Williams, Mrs. W. Ort, and Rubert and Wanda Ort, of Nauvoo, and Mrs. and Mrs. Herbert of Warsaw.
