Obituary for Mrs Font Hines, Hardin County, Illinois Mrs. Font Hines of this place, after a long and painful illness of months and even years, passed away Friday morning, and after funeral services at her home conducted by Rev. Weaver, all that was mortal of this aged grandmother, found a last resting place in the Odd Fellows Cemetery here. Our acquaintance with the deceased was only slight, and having heard her neighbors speak of her in loving kindness and respect, we take it for granted that she was a good wife and mother, and before she became afflicted labored long and hard for the support of her family. So for as we can learn, she had every care and attention possible in her long illness. Sympathy is extended to the aged husband and children. >From "Items From Anywhere Column" by "Roxie" (John Allen Oxford) 30 Oct. 1924 ------------------------------------------------------------- UGENWEB NOTICE: These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organiza- tions or persons.
